The gas consumption per ton of steel decreased from 2.3-2.5gj /t in the same period last year to about 2.0gj /t at present, and the average ton of steel decreased by 8%. Gas consumption is 10% lower than the same period last year.
In order to do a good job of energy saving and consumption reduction, all departments and workshops of the factory actively cooperate, led by the technical department, and actively participate in red hot charging. In order to avoid the influence of red hot charging on the quality of some special steel grades, they worked out the relevant process operation rules and strengthened staff training to ensure the smooth completion of the key problems.
After many tests, the factory decided to adopt the heat transfer mode of insulated vehicle, mainly with heavy load semi-trailer transport vehicle for heat transfer, trailer design special heat preservation cover mechanism. The billet can be loaded directly from the platform, and then directly loaded into the furnace from the insulated car, which reduces the storage link of the billet and greatly reduces the heat loss rate of the billet.
