201 Stainless steel, with a certain acid resistance, alkali resistance, high density, polishing without bubbles, no pinhole and other characteristics, is the production of a variety of watchcase, watchband cover quality material. Mainly used for decorative pipe, industrial pipe, some shallow tensile products.
We usually use 201 stainless steel belt to make pipes. Normally,we usually use a 4-8 mill to produce 201 stainless steel strips.
Type 201 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese stainless alloy. We developed it because of the preservation of nickel in the mid-20th century. In some tempering applications, we usually use it instead of 301. 201 The yield strength is high under annealing conditions and the use is limited. Under tempering conditions, we usually use 201 stainless steel, especially for springs and fasteners. 201 Stainless will retain a comparable ductility to 301 even with the higher yield strength.

250/300/400/508mm coil ID is available from our factory. we guarantee the coil ID can suit clients’ machinery.
Chamber Rate
Chamber Rate is a key factor affecting the welding tube process, we guarantee the chamber rate is lower than
Bur Level
Bur level is well controlled to less than 5%. However, some clients need deburring service and round edges, we can provide this service.
Bundling direction
When opening the slit strip, if people can know which direction the strip is bundled, it will be much easier to load the material.
Coil Separator
for small child coils,especial for package “eye to sky”, between each and every child coil, there must be some wooden stick to separate each child coil.
Package method
For precision strip, wooden box will be applied to protect the strip from being damaged.
