And develop and produce the corresponding specifications of pipe strong spinning equipment, to achieve large diameter stainless steel pipe production technology localization.
Stainless steel pipe fittings are mainly used in aerospace and weapon industry, and one of the most important advantages of metal spinning process is that it can produce seamless integral rotating hollow parts, which fundamentally eliminates the discontinuity, strength reduction, brittle crack and tensile stress concentration related to the weld. Finally, finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the body and movable beam of the spinning machine, and some improvement measures are put forward for the unreasonable design.
